How to Use Your SaltAura™ Tile
Heating The Tile
- Place the tile on a cold stove, grill, or oven.
- Increase heat gradually to avoid cracking. The SaltAura™ tile can withstand high cooking temperature i.e. 450°F–500°F (232°C–260°C).
- Heat for 20–30 minutes before cooking. Now the tile is ready to cook and can hold this temperature for longer time than any metal pan!
- Once heated, place food directly on the surface for natural searing and seasoning.
You can grill pretty much anything on a pink Himalayan salt tile! Steak, chicken, shrimp, veggies, even pineapple – the salt adds a subtle, savory flavor to your food.
It helps keep food fresh and beautifully presented.
